This space has now been claimed out of sheer boredom on a Sunday night. One (in this case, me) could argue that there are things much more worth spending time on, but doing something entirely useless is more fun.

 

Anyway, now that this space has been established, it needs to be given some sort of purpose. For the moment, and possibly most of the future entries, I might as well chronicle my concert experiences.

 

To start with, lets discuss the INABILITY to go to concerts thanks to the ludicrous business that is Ticketmaster.

May 2nd, Tool at the Paramount. Available seating close to 3000. Tickets go on sale Saturday April 22 10:00am. Tickets sell out Saturday April 22 10:02 am. If you are telling me that some sort of foul play is not involved, I might as well end the conversation. Granted Tool is a very popular band for live shows and granted that Tool fans are savage when it comes to purchasing event tickets, but 120 seconds for the entire show to sell out? RETARDED!
